Residential Services

We undertake large, high end residential refurbishment and installation work for selected clients, architects and developers. These types of installation contracts include audio visual installation, BMS wiring, climate control wiring as well as general power and lighting. We install intelligent lighting and home automation control packages from Lutron, Leax and the like. We will if requested also install all cabling for other services such as intruder alarm, fire detection and fibre optic cabling.

Residential Inspection Testing & Maintenance

We are presently contracted to the inspection, testing and maintenance of several hundred domestic properties for the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames housing department. We have a department that specialises exclusively in fast turn-around inspection, testing and maintenance of void and occupied properties for landlords and local authorities. A property can be inspected, tested, repaired and ready (electrically) for a new tenant in a matter of hours. Please contact us for more information or a quotation.
